How do I track my order?
All orders will have a tracking number for you to track your order.
What are your delivery options?
We offer various shipping options from Express to Normal deliveries.
How do I return an item?
Please return unworn clothing or apparel, undamaged, in the original shipping container for refunds, minus shipping and handling cost.
How can I contact your couriers?
Once you receive the tracking number, you are able to track your packages via the couriers website or contact them directly. Our Customer Service department is here to assist via email or call during business hours.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we are happy to provide international delivery. Applicable shipping and handling cost will apply.
What is your returns policy?
You can return any unworn and undamaged items within the specific items return policy, detailed on the items page, in the original package for a refund, minus shipping and handling fees.
